As referenced in my Impact Popup video tutorial part 3, I have found that some people contacting me for support are sometimes not aware of how to do some of the most essential webmaster tasks such as using an FTP (file transfer) program to download/upload webpages from your webserver to your PC's hard-drive. Hence my reason for creating this page.

I personally use a free FTP Program called FileZilla. This can be downloaded for free at http://filezilla-project.org.
