before contacting me, as Impact Popup is sold by other vendors,
albeit generally without customer support!
Note: Also.. before you contact me, please quickly

as these account for 95%+ of the emails that I receive, and
hence it is likely that the answer to your question lies

Q1. I just bought
Impact Popup, but have not received my
downloads?
When you completed your payment, our payment processor,
PayPal, will have taken you to a page that looks like the
following:
In order to be
redirected back to the download page and to obtain your
purchase, you need to click the orange button entitled
"Return to Financially Free Pty Ltd". I actually have a
notice at the top of the page in PayPal stating this
instruction, but some people miss it and therefore do not
click the button, and are not immediately returned to my
site.
If you have already closed the above PayPal page... don't
panic!
You have two choices.

and I will reply to you within 48hrs with the download page
(it will probably be within 24hrs or less). Or, if you can't
wait that long, just go ahead and re-purchase so you can get
your download now, then

I'll refund
your duplicate payment within 48hrs (probably quicker unless
it's the weekend).
Q2. I downloaded
Impact Popup, but have not received my
bonuses?
When you registered your purchase
by entering your name and email into the webform on my
'Thank You' page,
you would have received an auto-sent email. You need to click the confirmation link in that
email.
When you do so, you will be automatically redirected
to the download page for your bonuses, and will also then receive
a further email with links to the two download pages.
Please check your inbox and/or "bulk" or "spam" folder for
an email with the following subject line:
(Your Name), ImpactPopup.net requires confirmation from
you
If you cannot find this email, then

I'll reply within 48hrs or so with the webpage where you
can re-register your email in order to be added to my
customer updates list and to obtain your downloads.
Q3. Where are the
usage instructions for Impact Popup?
I have created
three tutorial videos detailing how to use the Impact Popup program.
Please navigate

Q4. I cannot get
Impact Popup to work on my website!
If you haven't
already, please watch the
third tutorial video I created. When you use the "Add
Popup" feature, it will do two things:

Add a snippet
code just after the opening <body> tag in your webpage that
will look like this:
<!-- POPUP --><script src=yourpagename.popup/script.js></script><!--
END -->
-
Create a
folder with the name
yourpagename.popup
which
contains three files: logo.png,
pix.gif,
and
script.js.
For example, if
your webpage is called index.html, then the code in your
page will look like this:
<!-- POPUP --><script src=index.popup/script.js></script><!--
END -->,
and the folder will be named
index.popup.
The page name and the folder name should always match, and
both need to reside on the same directory level on
your webserver for the popup to work!
PHP Pages / WordPress Blogs
As stated on
the video, the Impact Popup code snippet needs to be placed
right at the top of your php page, before the opening
<?php code, for the popup to
work. If you're trying to install an Impact Popup on your
WordPress blog, you would probably add the Impact Popup code
snippet to the top of the header.php file for your theme,
however this might be theme dependent.
